It’s happening in our towns, cities, and communities—sometimes closer than we realize. By raising awareness and supporting organizations that fight against trafficking, each of us can help make a difference. Together, we can protect vulnerable individuals and bring hope and healing to those impacted by this crisis.

Our Mission
Dandelion Turtles provides children who have experienced labor or sex trafficking with a safe, nurturing space and comprehensive services that support healing of the body, mind, and spirit — empowering them to reclaim their voices. We also equip communities with prevention tools, awareness, and education to reduce vulnerability and strengthen collective safety.

We envision communities where every child affected by trafficking is protected, restored, and surrounded by compassionate, trauma‑informed support. In these communities, children can reclaim their childhood, rediscover their sense of safety, and thrive with confidence and hope.
Our Purpose
Dandelion Turtles is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit organization dedicated to supporting children affected by human trafficking. We provide a safe, caring environment where young survivors can access therapeutic services and begin their journey toward healing and recovery. Our work centers on helping each child feel seen, valued, and supported as they rebuild their sense of safety and hope. With compassion and trauma‑informed care, we empower them to rediscover their voices, their joy, and their strength as they move toward brighter futures.
